High Idle Mod ???

I got a dumb question.....My wht/blu goes to my throttle pedal control.????
It all works cuz I got the PTO/H.I. lt.bl/ylw near E-brake. Just a question. Any thoughts? Could this be the supplied wht/blu and my other end is burried in the loom?
I do not see any other wht/blu wires near my OBDII?

Mine was labeled PTO, and was in a group of wires behind the CJB next to the e brake.
Are you saying yours is all hooked up and working correctly? The throttle, brake, and e brake will all stop the the high idle function.

Yeah I found the "REAL" wht/lt.blu wire, boy I got lucky! I was looking above OBDII. I have the blu/ylw stripe(04) hooked to an LED switch, power is needed to energize the LED and the PTO wire, a ground is also needed. But what function does the wht/lt.blu wire serve then? Does it complete the circuit acting as both a ground (via chass. grnd), and comms with PCM? Because if I hook up a ground wire... high idle works, if I hook up the wht/lt.blu... the high idle works. I have a late '04 build and from what I've read on here my high idle should now be right. I'm not much in the electrical dept. but I'm learning fast. I can wire driving lights, repair most OE stuff, I'm great with soldering, just lacking in the use of the meters and understanding the tech side of electrics.
But yeah, it all works and I put and in-line 15 amp fuse! Thanks for reply.

Did the wiring and/or colors change between Early 2003 and later (2003.5) models?
My 02-13-2003 does not look like this.
I found the "blunt end" white/blue 12v wire near the OBD-II -- but the "blunt end" wires behind the fuse panel are the following colors:
Solid Blue - solid Red - solid White - solid Black -- all approx 16gauge.
Solid Yellow - Dark Green/Yellow - Light Green/White - White/Orange -- all approx 20gauge.
I was hoping to connect the 12v wire to the SEIC wire, and just use the E-brake pedal as activation switch (as some have claimed to have done).
It's possible my 2003.0 is Pre-SEIC, and needs an APCM (AIC) like the 7.3's.
Any Early (Jan-May) '03 owners accomplish this mod? If so, how/which wires/etc?

Guess I'll try the dark blue/green and see what happens.

The stubs behind the fuse panel on my March 2003 are as follows:
Solid Blue - solid Red - solid White - solid Black -- all approx 16gauge.
Yellow/white - Dark blue/green - Light Green/White - White/Orange -- all approx 20gauge.
