DIY transmission flush instructions?

DIY transmission flush instructions?
I remember there being instructions in the Tech folder at one time but I cant seem to find them now can someone please point me in the right direction

I wrote instructions to flush a 4R100. Those instructions will not work on a TorqShift. There is a problem flushing the TorqShift due to the thermostat in that trans. I won't write a procedure to flush a TorqShift because of the high probability of screwing it up if not done exactly right.

i posted on 7-22-10 asking for help on a coolant flush for my 04 f-250. I was told how to do it and i got it done. My transmission is a 5 speed 5R110W high torque per the dealer. Is this the same thing as a torque shift transmission and if so am i in trouble?
