2004 to 2008 grille
I was wondering if anyone knows where a guy can find a grille for a 2008 F150 that has what looks like 4-6" lights in the grille? I have seen a couple around and was thinking about trying to find one. Either that or suggest a nice set of fog lights that won't look too aftermarket or cheap? I don't have fog lamps on my truck but would like to get some. Thanks.

You want a grille that has lights installed on the grille itself? This I have never seen. Not that it isn't out there but not sure where to find it.
What I am thinking of doing is getting a Bull Bar and then installing some extra fog lights on that to help my other lights. I just think the existing fog lights are too low to the ground to help much.

I tried the lift or leveling kit too and it went over like a lead balloon! I haven't seen more than a couple of those grilles in my home town. Maybe it is a Canadian thing or an after market grille.

that's the cheapest I've ever seen it. Summit racing has it too. There's a guy who's truck I've seen at the local car/truck performance store who has one on a black 2007 and it looks sick !

The reason that fog lights are low is so that they shine below the fog! Just see what happens when you hit high beam in real thick fog, you are blinded by the amount of light reflected back. Good fog lights should have a wide spread of light with a flat top cut off.

Well yes I understand that but I have driven through some heavy fog over a mountain before and the lights are in such a place that they didn't seem to help me much anyway. I had to lean forward in my sit and look down to even see what they were lighting.

stylin trucks has these grills , I have been looking at them for months but they are almost $500 for a grill with lights. it is hard for me to justify $500 and it doesnt go any faster. but they look real good if you do it
