Question 428CJ oil pan

The other day I was looking through a new parts catalog from Classic Auto Parts Inc. and was noticed some OEM oil pans for the FE block family that was for the 352, 390, 406, 427, 428 except 428CJ. I know these blocks are in the same family, but does the 428CJ use a different oil pan than the rest of the blocks?

POSSIBLE explanation here, but these differences would not prevent interchange of any FE pan to any FE engine, pickup tube, clearance etc being ok:

Yeah, this might be the case here. I see how the CJ oil pan differs from the OEM oil pan. Thanks for your help.
