I am a booster supporter.. many think you don't need them.. whatever..

I found my booster on ebay. watched a couple months, then found a deal..

mount? they have 4 bolts that go thru the firewall, or whatever u want to hang it on.. where do you want the booster to go? firewall, under floor.. never under dash I learned (brake fluid and carpet never go together)..

I want to put it under the floor. Where did you get it? I know I need to get the old cross member off.

1. Through the firewall mount will allow you to get a larger booster.
2. Below the floor mount may require you to relocate the service hole in your floor to under the drivers seat. If it does, with the buckets in mine , you have to remove the seat to add brake fluid/bleed the brakes.

They make a remote fill setup for under the floor master cylinders. Makes it easier to service that way.

I like power brakes myself. I got mine from CPP.....firewall mounted master/booster/pedal assembly. Another benefit of going this way is that the bracket mounts between the dash and firewall and, along with the steering column, it triangulates and strengthens the entire area. I used the top of the bracket (behind and underneath the dash now) to mount my SPW wiper motor by using it as a base for a weldod on custom bracket to bolt the motor onto. You can also get rid of another hole in the floor this way (the stock brake pedal hole). Just my .02. Regards.

I hung it on the firewall too.. just ugly now, clutters up the view of the engine bay..
