Uh, oops.

Sorry about that, man. Here's who I talked to: Tina at 866-884-6167 extension 6832. Went through the whole process with her. If she's not there, ask for Kevin.

I had originally submitted the request online and didn't hear back from American Modern for a few days...called and got Tina. She looked it up and took care of it.

What if you wanted to "show it off" (the language on their website) to the fine folks at Walmart? I really don't think it would be an issue, but you gotta go with what you are comfortable with. If it's insured through someone like State Farm then you may have to go that route...but I've known plenty of people (me included) who have been screwed by the big companies.

I just might...I just talked to a good friend about it, might be able to get something rolling. I guess we need around $5 million in assets, looks like I need to find a few investors!

I agree, but they hold the purse strings. As far as State Farm goes, our agent is an old family friend, my folks and he and his wife went to church together when I was a tot, so he goes to bat for us, but I guess there are some rules he can't bend.
