I had originally submitted the request online and didn't hear back from American Modern for a few days...called and got Tina. She looked it up and took care of it.

Alright folks, I'm steamed! I said I was concerned with how a claim would be handled, with all of the stipulation, what hoops would I have to jump through to prove I had only driven it to work once this week, or I really was coming home from a car show when we stopped at WalMart.

I just might...I just talked to a good friend about it, might be able to get something rolling. I guess we need around $5 million in assets, looks like I need to find a few investors!

What if you wanted to "show it off" (the language on their website) to the fine folks at Walmart? I really don't think it would be an issue, but you gotta go with what you are comfortable with. If it's insured through someone like State Farm then you may have to go that route...but I've known plenty of people (me included) who have been screwed by the big companies.
