pintle caps

What vendor would supply me with pintle caps for the stock 19# fuel injectors on my 89 F150, 5.0L? The Ford dealer says he can't get them but I'm sure they can be found.

I've seen people looking for them, but I've never seen a vendor. You should look around on the Mustang boards - they're always swapping injectors, so they would know. Or do a Google search...

There are lots of shops that work on fuel injection, rebuild injectors, etc. Just do an internet search and call some of the shops.

I've heard a bunch of people on the Mustang boards saying they could be purchased at Napa. Some saying you can buy them alone and others saying they bought as part of an injector seal kit.

I've bought them twice at NAPA. For a 89 F150 302 and a 89 Bronco2 2.9. I bought the kits which include the O-ring seals. The last time was about a year ago.
