I came across this picture and was wondering if a company made these lips for our trucks or was this one custom made.

Thats what i thought. Not a bad look though. I had seen a new 2011 f-350 king ranch this morning and it had a big lip on the front as well.

I had one like that on an '87 Suburban. It bolted to the bottom of the bumper. Both being full-size trucks I would wager you could make it fit.

Lots of new trucks come with those lower lips on them. Might want to stop by your local snow plow installer and ask them if they have any laying around. I know when we install plows on some of the newer trucks that lower lip has to be removed. Most places just toss em. Might be worth a look see!

Well I work for the biggest snow plow installer on the east coast and we average about one plow a week in the summer months, so you never know what they might have. Remember that in the winter months they might not be as willing to search for a take off part for you simply because they will be too busy!

I know that some people just buy the rubber landscape trimming to make those things. it ends up looking pretty much like the first pic. Also I've seen some trucks around here with ones made out of cut up mine conveyor belt. its really stiff rubber.

A+A Fiberglass made this ABS plastic one on my Bronco. I found this one at a local 4wd shop and worked the owner for a long time till he finally would sell it to me.

Something just occered to me. On my 07 silverado i have a bug deflector. Ive seen some pretty big ones on some trucks as well. I suppose with some modifications you could turn a old solid bug deflector into a lip.
