High Boy suspension in a 78

I want to put a 4" lift on my 78 F250 supercab 4x4 and i though going with high boy front leaf springs and blocks or a couple add-a-leafs in the rear would be a good way to go. well i was wondering if i got the front leaf springs from a high boy and either blocks or some add-a-leafs would that be all i need or do i need more? if i need to get something else what would it be?

thanks for any help.

In theory you would net about 4" of lift but under real world conditions i wouldn't expect much more than 2" of lift, you're talking about 35yr old springs here with hundreds of thousands of hard miles on them, spring fatigue has long set in.
