How long since you did the mod? It takes a few miles to get out air that you intoduced into the system while doing the mod.

I can't imagine it would take to long to get the air out of the lines, how long did you drive it or let it idle EdF250?

if you dont have a regulated return it could take 50 or so miles to work the air out...idle does not cut it..take it out and run it..

You may have pinched a line when you reinstalled the tank, mine ran fine immediatly after the mod. Did you install a pre-pump filter?

If you didn't pinch or kink the fuel line you may have clogged up the pump's internal screen at the fuel pump inlet. The main purpose of a PRE-PUMP filter is so debris does not get to the pump and clog the screen or pump.

I added a G3 clear filter between the tank and pump. I let my truck idle about 20 minutes after the mod. I have had no problems.
I already have a pressure gauge. Take the time and install at least one.

My pump does not have a screen. I have checked it.

Is the pre filter you guys are talking about the black plastic funnel looking thing on the bottom of the pick up tube? I'm wanting to do this mod this weekend so I'm taking notes.

No, they are talking about an aftermarket inline filter of some sort before the fuel pump
