pulsating gas sucker

my 1999 F-250 V-10 @ idle, runs rough & fast.Changed plugs, EGR valve.
OBD-P0401. please help for next step To FIX this problum.

DPFE sensor? I know there is a way to test it with a volt meter, I can't recall exactly how. You could probably google it.

EGR insufficient flow is the code have you checked for any obstruction or leaks in the rest of the system?
