Question Tires (type, not size)

Thank goodness it is almost time to replace the stock Firestones (~63,000 miles). I'm looking for input for new tires, some type of all terrain. I like the BFG all terrains - probably in 295 75 16. I have a (basically) stock v10 4x4 ex. Thank you.

Mud terrains may be a bit much for an Excursion. I've been running BFG AT KO 265's. They have about 38K miles and should be good for another 20K. Good ride and traction.

Check out the Cooper Discoverer ATs. I really like mine. 285s look good on the stock rims. The price was right, too. $555 for all four labor and all.

Wink Tires (type, not size)

I just put Toyo Open Country's on my 2000 Ex stock 4x4 size 305 70 16. Filled up the well very nicely and they look great. Not too of an aggressive tread, rounded shoulder on tire to keep road noise down. Could not be happier
