I think everyone knows the proper thread to debate V10 vs PSD by now...

400 HP 800 TQ. What a beast!
Back on topic... I think Ford learned from some of the early 6.0 issues and built in a lot of room from upping the HP/TQ and still be reliable. Like you said Bill time will tell but I have faith Ford got it right.

I have a lot more faith in this one becuase it was made by Ford, not Navistar/IH. The fact that it was tested in the same way that made the V10, 5.4 and 4.6 so tough means a lot. I am not going to buy a new truck, but if I was I would not worry about the 6.7 having any issues.
CRAP!!!!!! Now they want to change it, right after I just picked mine up Wednesday?!! I guess after about a year, to make sure any warranty issues get shaken loose, I'll start with my mods.

Fords not sure yet but it could just be a software update possibly more. So its possible you could take it to the dealer and they could fix it up to the 400/ 800 Beast. Which it already is a beast truck I guess beaster would be the right word haha.
