problem with chip?
I have a 99 f-250 with a dp tuner, new intake, boost fooler. About 2 months ago i had a rebuilt engine put in. From the start it did not build more than 10-15 psi boost. i have had several shops look at it and cant find anything wrong. In stock it builds the same 10-15 psi that it does in any other position on the dp. before the engine was replaced it ran great. now it does not build any boost over what stock does and it blows a lot more smoke. i have had a pressure test done twice now and has passed both times. there was once or twice that it did start working and build boost like it used to but never lasts for more than one day. I just got it back yesterday and the dealership said there were no codes coming up and that the problem may be with the chip. Any advice or what i should look at next would be great. Been messing with this for almost 2 months now.
