Reversing the coolant flow would cause more problems.
Right now, most of the coolant into the engine from the radiator goes through the oil cooler before it goes anywhere else.
Reverse flow, now your oil would be the last thing to get cooled, and since the coolant would be hotter it would be cooled less than it is now.
With the turbo you don't have to wory about 7,8 as the oil from the CDR comes in with all the air befor the turbo and goes to all cylinders evenly on the N/A trucks it dumps into the back of the intake manifold by the 7 and 8 runners, so on the turbo all it does is keep the impellers from rusting
