Does anyone know if...

there is a body shop in the Denver area that can get bed sides for my 68 truck? Or is the best place to get them out of a place like LMC? I've never ordered large pieces of sheet metal before.

I've never ordered big panels either. I have however bought a full '71 bed and cut out the bedsides for donor use in other project...

Is it a longbed? If so, it'll be cheap and easy to find locally. Shortbox, not so much..

I'm sure any body shop can order them (probably from places like LMC) then charged you more being the 'middle man'....

Yeah, that's where I'm going with this. Bring my sawzall to pull n save, and going to lop off a quarter panel.

I have a shortbox, so I'm going to end up fabricating a short size no matter what. I'm only doing the lower half of the quarter panels (at the seam), so if I go slow, I should get something reasonable straight...

I saw a 67 short box at the Aurora you pull n pay last weekend, but too rusty to bother with.

What bedside do you need? I have a spare rustfree shortbox that needs a panel installed on drivers side. I even cut the panel out of a donor, and the good bed, and never even finished it. I even sandblasted it, then stumbled across a good box that didn't need all that work.

I need the passengers side.

I was able to get the driver's side one off without harming it, and with a donor patch panel - if my welding is good enough, it is repairable.
