When you said what the issue was I figured that was your truck in the shop. For the record I was not the tech that looked at it. So I have no other info to offer as to what else it may or may not need. The other option you may have is to talk to the station owner/operator. as this seems to have happed shortly after filling up.
also you may wish to drain the tank , drop it and clean it.

if you have the invoice from there take it with you. also take a copy of the bill from SW ford in with you.
