ok so when was the last tank of fuel you got? is it possible that you got that debris from that last fill up?
if this is the case and you have full covrage you can try contacting your insurance co. after all that is what you pay them for.
what shop did you have it towed too if I can ask?

Friday, same place I always fill up. And no full coverage. Paid cash for the truck when I bought it, so there was no need for full coverage...at the time.
Took it to Southwest/Weatherford. Just got home with it. 90 p.s.i. at the fuel pressure reg., cleaned debri and retested showing 50 p.s.i. Injectors 3,4,7 and 8 not firing, other injectors randomly missfiring.
Went to pick it up, of course they couldn't get it started...but I did. Got it back home.
Ok...who's got a wrecked truck I can come snag the injectors off of?!!
When you said what the issue was I figured that was your truck in the shop. For the record I was not the tech that looked at it. So I have no other info to offer as to what else it may or may not need. The other option you may have is to talk to the station owner/operator. as this seems to have happed shortly after filling up.
also you may wish to drain the tank , drop it and clean it.
