so i want a lil bit of lift but i cant justify spending $1,200 on a lift. but i found a lift kit set for $200, 3inch torsion keys and 3inch lift blocks for the rear and i could fit 33's maybe 35's. but i have read soooo many pros and cons and people it worked for and others it didnt. does anybody have this set up on your truck? fyi my truck is a 2000 f150, 4.6 4x4
i have a 99 that i did mine on and no problems with i just put them all the way up and put 3 inch blocks in the back and got a alinement done and its fine i payed all of about $145.00 for it all and it rides a little rough but not bad
sweet thanks man, did everything line up with in specs when they did the alingnment? from what i have read that every thing should stay in proper alingment but put the cv axles at a bit more of an angle. what size tires? can you send a pic?
damn jeff, you gonna stop towing with your truck then? if you put keys in the front and put a load on the back, your gonna be lookin up at the sky man.
true, but i got a set of airbags for the rear that have a 5k load capacity, i keep hauling big tractors so they will be a big help. how do you always find me on here and facebook? its a little creepy <----this is steve
i can fit 38s under it now and yes everything lined up right and i tow with mine all the time and it sits just fine when i tow with it dose not sit down in the back when i tow
steve has somthing to say! I tow heavy loads offten, like our kubota tractor, it almost sets my truck on bump stops, will be nice when i get bags for the rear.steve says 93 mix 'n match has "perfomance" issues... I think steve is calling some one out!
