lost subwoofer after changing head unit

lost subwoofer after changing head unit
07 f150 lariat with the upgraded factory sound system with subwoofer
i just installed my aftermarket nav unit and i no longer have the subwoofer. is there a seperate output for the sub somewhere, or is it wired in through the factory amp or something? not sure what happened but i need to know if there is a way to get my factory sub working with my aftermarket JVC head unit.
yes i have double checked all my wiring and there is no sub wire coming from the harness.
I know on my 03 mustang with the mach sound system I had to tap into the factory wiring in the rear to get it to function properly with an aftermarket system, is there something weird like that on the F150's?

Here's a diagram for a 2005. It's the latest one I can find.

Looks like you have 4 wires to deal with. If you can look at your subwoofer, and the wire colors seem to be the same as the diagram, you might be able to use this diagram to get it working.
