That's quite a few years to make a first post. Hopefully the second one comes quicker.
As the others have said, don't do any flush or add anything to the motor oil. Here's what the underside of my valve covers looked like back when I had 265,000 miles on it.
Just change your oil like you're supposed to and you'll be good.

I cannot recommend using that in our trucks. A flush will take forever to "flush" out of our trucks since you can never really drain it all out of our engines without removal and disassembly. So that will be in the system over several oil changes due to design...HPOP and injectors/rails. Our trucks are picky about the oil driving the injectors at up to and beyond 3k PSI and anything that interferes with the anti-foaming and overall hydraulic qualities of the oil will most likely impact the operation of our injectors in a negative way.

If you want to "clean" your engine. Get it to a shop and have them do a decarbonizer. It will take about an hour or two and it will clean the carbon out of your system. If you like your truck to move with you mash on the skinny peddle then I with the rest of the guys suggest not to add anything to your oil.

Diesel engines simply DO NOT build up gunk inside of themselves like a gas engine typically does.
If you really want to clean out the inside of your engine, all you have to do is to change the oil three times in 3000 kilometers.
.
Make sure that you use the correct rated oil. The injectors are very dependant upon that. Here in the U.S. it's CJ-4, but I don't know if you use the same rating standard in Mexico or not.
