2004 f150 obd
i have a 2004 f150 that has a cel on and i plugged my scanner into and it doesnt power up i checked the fuses and found them to all be ok im a caterpillar service tech by trade so i have a pretty good idea what im doing but abviosly not good enough i dont have a service manual for this truck so i was wondering if anybody has any ideas out there what might be causing this problem or if anybody has a copy of the wiring diagram for the obd test port harness thanks
