OBD Communication Failure
Hello everyone,
I have a 2003 Excursion PS 6.0. I live in the wonderfull state of Ca where need to start smoging Diesel trucks. I failed my test not because of emission but a OBD communication failure. Had anyone experienced this. I have read and some places say my truck might not be OBD complaint and other say some aftermarket radios cause these issues. Any information would be helpfull.
