Oh boy. Yep, it will be out of time. There are threads here on how to time these, you have to line up all the marks on ALL the gears on the front of the engine. Someone has a couple good diagrams with an explanation, hopefully they come along soon and post them up for you, quicker and easier than me going hunting for them.

Ok I found the diagram. I can't figure out how to get it here tho lol. I searched "timing marks" and it was the thread by rmalottwtes30 titled front cover. It is the 11th post in that thread.

The easiest way is to pull the pump and its gear cover. Useing a small mirror and an led light turn the engine over by hand (braker on the crank pulley). You will have a small gap between the cam gear and the timimg coverplate where you have to put the mirror and shine the light. when the mark comes up to the top (the "Y" mark) stop and mark it with a paint marker for future reference. Now mark the same "Y" mark on the ip gear and align them. Put the ip gear cover back on and the ip. Or you can pull the water pump and timing cover plate. This way makes it alot easier to see the marks.
Not that I had on mine. I was able to use a small mirror and light to find mine. You can't get the mirror down in there but have to angle it right. I was able to do this but Not sure about others. I did have to turn the engine over a lot of times and i wiped the gear clean as it turned.

how did you turn the engine? pull all the injectors and spin it by hand or with the starter?
