I'm interested in installing one of those aftermarket flashers that goes in-line in the wiring to the third brake light, such as the Blinking Smart Stop Module marketed by KAHTEC.
The unit is only 1" x 2" x 1/2", but I still doubt that it will fit inside the third brake light of a 2002 Ranger such as mine. (They "normally" fit either inside the third brake light housing of a passenger auto or inside the trunk)
Has anyone on this forum successfully installed something like this on their Ranger? Or is there somewhere farther down-line in the wiring harness where it could be installed and concealed/mounted? 2002 XLT extended cab flair side, 4.0L, manual tranny, 4X4.
Thank you for any assistance you may provide.
