If they are the same as the SD (and I don't see why not), you can go a few different routes. You can get a grill and modify it to fit the existing bumper, or you can get the 2005+ bumper and brackets to make it work.

mkm customs makes a 2005-2007 super duty grill that bolts right in to the older model excursions. May want to check that route. You can also purchase the entire front end, well the grill, bumper and head lights that will bolt in if you want to.
