Problems starting after sitting

I have a 95 F150 with an I-6 and Ive been having troubles starting after it sits for awhile. It will start pretty well in the morning, then go to work and try to start and it will take 2 to 3 good long cranks for it to turn over, It seems like its starving for fuel. Also it tends to do it more when its around 90 degrees compaered to 75. So far ive replaced the plugs and fuel filter, someone mentioned to me the fuel pressure regulator possibly being the issue? thanks for your help

Yea the FPR could be an issue, my 5.0 also was doing this, i replaced my hi-preassure pumd and it fixed all the problems i was haveing. what you shold do is check the fuel preassure and give us the preasures, then the problem can be diagnosed by someone that is very fimilar with these systems.also you can check the FPR by pulling the vaccum line off and if there is fuel in the line then it needs to be replaced
