Topic has come up recently suggest run a search and narrow the field to the 61-66 forum. Posting couple I bookmarked; also, couple articles on repair, and installation may find helpful.
Link to thread where member posted pic's of gallery using synthetic material. Food for thought; although, since I am basically lazy went with the wood which is relative easy installation with no refab, or modifications. Replaced the bed on 65 several yrs. ago and use it for hauling on reg. basis and it's beginning to show the wear.
Try Dennis if you can find it with Dan . Dennis has almost everything you could want for a Ford truck. He has a lot of the tooling that was bought from Ford motor company. If he don't have it or can't find it for you it most likely is not made anymore. He is here in charlotte and Dan is about 30 miles from dennis.
