On a completely serious note.... weather you like your v-10 or a diesel, how can you say the PSD is an unreliable motor? I honestly think the v-10 is simply a great example of trying too hard to get power from a gas motor, but thats just my opinion.

If they had made the V-10 on a 72 degree V instead of forcing it on a 90 degree it would be a much better motor. There wouldn't be any need for a counter-weighted crank then as it would be a dynamically balanced engine.
