as long as your wheels are 16's then ya. the only thing is.... when the tires are that wide, your sidewall will be facing inward, way unstable. you really want a 16x8-16x10 wheel for that. i dont know what the factory width is, i bought my truck with aftermarket wheels already.

I run 285/75-16 tires on stock rims on my 86 IDI.
There were a couple rim widths, mine are 7.5" wide.
285/75-16 figures a bit over 33" tall.
The stock 235/85-16 tires figure out at about 31" tall.
Exact height will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and tread design to tread design.
