AC hose replacement

Need to replace this hose since my radiator bolts wore a hole through it.

I found the new line here, part number: F81Z19D850CA

Anyone ever replaced this hose? is it a big deal? Take a long time or need to know any important info before I start pulling the truck apart?

You have to follow the proper AC service procedures. Obviously the system is empty since there is a hole.
SO, since the system is open it needs a new accumulator too. Might as well check the orifice tube for debris.
Once those things are done, evacuate and recharge to its proper charge weight, which means no 12 oz cans, those are a guess at best. You must use a charging cylinder, scales or something to be accurate.
