Yours is missing the bottom piece. Mine has the spring arms as well as a plastic part that supports the cup from the bottom

should be the same cup holder with a slightly different trim on the end. shoughld fit fine

Reviving an old thread here! Have a 2000 Ex, and bought one of the new replacement cupholders off eBay. The new “arm style“ Cup holder that I bought is not fit into the base of the 2000 Ex. Does anybody know if the base that mounts to the inside of the dash is different between the 2000 and the 2001 and newer Ex’s?

if so is there somewhere where I can buy a new cup holder and a new mounting base that goes inside the dash?
