Ruff running

My 99 with a 3.0 5speed, 92,000 started to run rough like it is missing on a cylinder. All rpms and all speeds does the same. All the indicator guages are normal, starts right up no problems there. No smoke. No warning lights. I think it might be a injector but not sure. I have not visited auto zone for a code check, Any ideas. It has almost new plugs and fuel filter. New plug wires. I have been running it off of e 85 for 2 months now and replaced one bad injector just before I took possesion of it 10,000 miles ago. I work on this truck more than my bronco.

Is this a flex fuel 3.0L?????

Was the rough running there Before using the E-85, or replacing the plugs & wires????

I am using Autolite plugs for about 5,000 miles at least. I put in some Lucas Oil injection cleaner. The ruff running just started two days ago. Up until now it ran fine on regular unleaded and E85.

So it began to act out After you added the Lucas product????

Is the CEL flashing when it runs rough????

Good idea to have the computer scanned for trouble codes. Post all of the code Numbers found.

I added the lucas injection cleaner yesterday this was after it was running ruff, it has had to effect whatsoever. There are no CEL lights on before during or after operations.
