Another hard to start ?
But with a twist. 05 F250
I‘ve done my home work (search(maybe)) and can’t find anything like my problem.

History of problem:
It started this winter, when I park level OR nose high starts OK all the time
But when I park overnight pointed down it takes 2 tries or TWICE as long, with one try to start.

Maintenance:

Fuel filters (IH part # 1847170C92) changed 3K miles ago, starting problem did not go away.
Changed every other oil change

Oil and filter (Mobil 1 5/40 Motorcraft filter) changed 3K miles ago, starting problem did not go away.
Changed every 5K miles

Current mileage 73K miles

The only time I get to park nose high OR low is in my drive, so I’m not sure how long it has to set before the hard start happens.

NOTE: I make very FEW short trips, all most all are 25 miles or longer. And don’t have access to a code reader.

I’ve wondered about oil and fuel drain back.
But with an elect fuel pump
I’ve even cycled the key like when I change the filters, no change.<O
</OWhich leaves an oil issue???
