I am getting 16 city and 22 hwy loaded/unloaded with H&S tuner (wild setting) and DPF delete. Towing is is 13 city and 18 hwy. When I run 100% Biodiesel I get 1 mph less on the hwy but city stays the same.

i just had mine done also and am seeing the same numbers
I have SCT tuner, dpf/cat and egr delete, S&B intake and I generally get 14 city and 21 hwy. I recently went 2500 miles round trip (all interstate) and got slightly better than 23. That's all hand calculated.
Hmmmmm, towing with a gasser. I traded off my 07 Chevy 2500 6.0 4x4 CC w/ 205,000 mi on an 08 F350 6.4 4x4 CC LWB and love it.
I pull (rarely) a 5'er @ 12,500 and the Chevy just wasn't happy, on level ground at 60-65 it would get around 7-8 mpg and didn't strain, but throw in some mild hills it was huffin' and puffin'. No way I would have tried using it in the mountains.
My 6.4 will do around 14+ at 60-65 on cruise and on the level (with a 5'er around 10 or so). Problem is TX 130 has about 40 miles of 80 mph speed limit and 40 miles or so at 85! Lots of fun but danged expensive at 10-12 mpg avg or less if I have a headwind. All that blather being said I love my truck. So I salivate every time I read about somebody's truck getting 16-22 mpg since I put about 800 miles a week on it.
Anyway the only thing keeping me from deleting, programming and grinning from ear to ear is my warranty that lasts to 99K (77K on it now).
So what do you do?
09 F350, 35" tires and 4" lift. getting a pretty consistent 12 city and 21 highway. Is a lot better then I was getting before the DPF/CAT delete and SCT Tuner. The extra power is amazing but have to stay off the pedal to stay at 12 in the city. And I stay at 70 mph on the highway. Looking forward to my next oil results since the delete. Will post results.
