Can I change my 2001 front end to a '50-'07 ? front bumper, grill,lights every thing on the front.

Sure you can change to a 2007 front end, although changing to a 1950 front end might take some work. lol

There are a few things you can do. You can get a 2005+ grill and cut the bottom of it to fit, or you can buy a 2005+ front bumper and the grill will fit out of the box. The headlights will drop right in with a little easy cutting to the header panel.

Welcome to FTE. Yes you can change to the 05 - 07 parts. How many parts do you want to change? As mentioned, you can either make some of the newer parts fit or swap everything over. Trimming the header panel and getting some plug adapters http://www.dfuser.com/catalog/harness.php will get the newer headlights installed. Trimming the bottom of the grill and using some zip ties will make the new grill work with your bumper, update the bumper and no trimming needed. Replace the header panel too and you've got all new bolt on parts.
