Axle swap

Does anyone know if a 2001 F250 superduty front axle with manual shift swap with a electronic shift transfer case

Could you reword your question or explain what you are trying to do? I believe the front axle for the manual and auto trucks are the same.

Exactly. I'm confusing myself.
I want to swap axles. One truck has automatic transfer case and parts truck has manual transfer case. Will the front axle swap?

Yeha, if the axels are the same gear ratio they will work but if you want the automatic hubs to work you will need to swap hubs from your axel to the manual axel.
