Lifted 2001 Superduty front end noise

I have a 2001 Ford Superduty V10 4x4 CC SB. It's lifted about 10-11" with 39.5 TSL Swampers. When I'm accelerating or slowing down, between 18-25 mph, a lound vibrating noise comes from the front of my truck. It sounds like the disk brake dust guards (I don't know if thats what they're called, those thin metal pieces behind the roters), it sound like those are vibrating. Anyway, I had 39/18/16.5 Mickeys before my Swampers and it didn't make this sound. I just want to know if anyone has had the same problem and if it is truly those disk brake pieces or if it something else. It is really annoying for my $40,000 truck to sound like a piece of sh#&.
