Does anyone know where I can get a new radiator for a 2008 6.4 PSD Super Duty? Any place other than a dealer. I want to see how much one costs. Mine is leaking.

how old is your SD? how many miles? this is caused by a number of things, thermostats hanging, water pump, and bad rad design
It's a 2008. 33k on the clock. It looks like it's leaking from the seam on the lower drivers side. I noticed that I had to keep adding coolant to the bottle then I noticed the leak.

but you are covered to 36k miles.. so warranty will cover it..
reported here a few times, replacement cost over $1200..
they should check the thermostats and water pump too
I bought extended warranty just in case.. (bought truck used with 41k miles)
I looked up the radiator for a 2008 6.4 F350 and it shows a list of 788.60 and his selling price of 615.11 (plus shipping).
Sounds like this repair should be covered by your dealer, but if you want to go it on your own. Ed is the guy to go thru. He will look the part up using your VIN to get you the right one and he is really good about not shipping until he's talked to you on expensive to ship parts.
I don't understand why you would want to go alone rather than warranty. 3/36 warranty covers the rad. Not sure, but I thought the parts warranty gives you a year, maybe I am wrong. Suggest you rethink your options.
I took it in and had the 30k trans flush/fill done (214.66) and they changed the radiator under warranty. They said it's a new and improved radiator. I have read of people doing muliple radiator changes. We will see. Thanks everybody for the info.

P. S. If they changed out your radiator under warranty, why would you pay $214.66 for flush/fill? As I understand it the garage is responsible to place new coolant in the system.
