I don't change it every 3 mos, more like every 6 maybe. I don't keep track of the mileage really. It's more seasonal. late fall and late spring. Don't know how many miles but plenty of short hops.

I'd change the oil and filter. It bothered you enough to ask on FTE, so you should do it just for peace of mind.
