New Video Series
Passing this along to the ones who enjoy watching these videos.
He actually has more vidoes on you tube than whats on his website. Its worthing taking a look at.
The ones posting negative don't exactly have to post more informative videos in order to prove their point.
I've never seen those videos, so I can't comment one way or the other as to the videos themselves, just trying to set a few things straight on other matters though. i would actually need to see the videos and the substance of those videos to see where I fall under the "crap or not" spectrum. More then likely I probably won't though for a lot of reasons, none of which reflect badly on him or those videos.

The powerstrokehelp.com videos certainly do have good points, and I even think they are worth watching BUT ....
Some of them have errors. Bill has been contacted about them (QUITE some time ago) and still has not corrected them.
Examples:
1. Ford Premium Gold antifreeze is NOT propylene glycol ... it is Ethylene Glycol. He certainly is correct about the importance of using the proper coolant. Also, the premium gold is no longer a 100k coolant. Ford now states to flush at 50k.
2. He is correct on using the proper oil, but it is more important for the injectors than it is for preventing catalytic converter plugging.
3. His "3F series" video still states to use Mercon V in the tranny. DO NOT DO THIS. Use Mercon LV or SP ONLY!!! At least he added a "banner" before the beginning of the video that states to use Mercon SP, but the video content is still wrong. I almost missed the banner when I started the video - it is EASY to miss!!
4. The factory head gaskets are NOT a problem. They can be used with the ARP studs - even up to 500 hp.
5. Correct filters are certainly important but Ford is not the ONLY place to get them. They can be obtained from Racor and or International.
My opinion:
If you use the proper oil, then PROLONG is not needed .... IMO! He says it is crucial, but it is not - again IMO. Use a quality oil, synthetic preferred in extreme temps.
