I kinda like this, welding near the gas tank is probably pretty safe too.
That's totally safe, note the trucks tires are chocked, and it can't tip over all the way because it's against the curb, and he also has two means of support, a primary and a backup just in case. (4x4s as primary, himself as backup) Looks safe to me...

Till you look closer at the rear tire that's up in the air. Hope he changed it while it was up........
"Just sayin" following other words, means the stuff before it, is rhetorical.
"Normal" actions/habits here is WAY different there. I'm sure. If we didn't have laws about **** like that, it would be "normal" for people to run on bald tires....
As another famous saying goes, people do stupid stuff......... Even laws intended to protect the stupid from themselves, don't always work. Ya can't fix stupid.
Wait, there's another famous saying I stoled.......
O I know stupid people will be stupid no matter what, I just think its ridiculous that everyone worries about everyone else's safety. If it doesn't hurt anyone else, leave them alone. Seat belt law for example. If.I get hurt not waring it, its my own fault.
^^^ werd, but that doesnt mean I want to start a thread of "front lift block how-to" just some some jackhole can spit a block and run into me head on causing me to spill my sorely needed cup of Crown.

man do i wish it worked like this. you mention safe drunk driving, and driving with no rear brakes, and suddenly you are crazy, yet how many accidents have i been in? one, just one where a bitch on here cell phone rearended my 85. on the bright side, i had a 1'' steel plate for a ball mount on my bumper and it cracked her motor in half
I've done both of those things. I drove all winter one year with a busted rear line, pounded it flat with a hammer so it didn't leak, than when it was ****ty out, locked it in 4x4 mode. Than the rear tires stopped with the fronts.
Also I can't cound how many times I left the wheelin area tunned up pullin a trailer and would go to taco bell drive thou. I stopped doin that after my DUI got reduced to reckless. Got to love havin blood and breath tests. Failed breath, passed blood
i stopped drinking and driving after my d.u.i. because i ended up moving within walking distance of the bars, like i had planned to do before i got popped, which was for loud exhaust i might add. nothing to do with me being impaired beyond good judgement. then my wife made me stop permanently because she got knocked up. now, i wouldn't even think about it, because it would be an automatic 6 months in the county clink and you have to get one of those blow and go things installed now whether it is your first or fifth d.u.i. and they suck *****. they cost a couple grand up front, rarely ever work right, you have to send them in every month to be calibrated which comes out of your pocket, and no one else can legally drive the vehicle they are installed in except you. just not worth it anymore. damn the man!!!!
