Shutter and 1211 codes

I need some help. I am chasing my tail and not getting anywhere. I first noticed the truck would fall flat on a load and at freeway speeds, also I got a shutter putting my foot into it. My low end was fine. I thought it was the fuel pump, so that got replaced same problem. It got worse to were it would just have no pwer blow nothing but black smoke and just about dead so thought was a bad injector, replaced #6. Low end felt great then at mid and top end it would load up and just wanted to die. I had ICP, and IPR codes so I now have thoses replaced. Now back to where it looses power and shutters, bottom end is great, boost is back up to 15 psi but then no power and falls flat. Still getting 1211 code the truck is mostly stock, I have a DP tuned sct, diy intake, frx and oil cross over intank mods and a few of the other diy mods. I am lost and need some input.

Do you have a way to check what your HPOP psi is at the times it does this? With all you changed, I would look at the HPOP. Sounds like you may be running out of pressure in the top end.

Have you swapped out the CPS yet? Could be bad timing due to a failing CPS as well.

I am not very familiar with the SCT, can you put it in stock mode to test?

If so, does the problem exist both in stock mode and in the tune(s)?

I don't know what the cps is. I am starting to think hpop but I emailed Jody and he said my symtems does not lead him to that. I switched back to stock hoping the extra presures from the tuner was the issue. I had the same problem.

CPS is a $25 unit to the upper left of the harmonic balancer. It is a typical sensor to fail

OK, CPS is the black one I got from Jody a few years back, re scanned everything and nothing is realy poking its head out. The ford tech says its running like bad injector. So short of doing all of them I think its 8 it has a ticking sound coming fromn it when its acting up, so if its not 8 then I will have to do all of them.

Are you getting an SES light at all? You might want to check our UVCH and do a $.50 mod.

No SES light, what is this mod your reffering to, if its the harness clip or the cut quarter mod. I have the ford clips in it. I have already traveled that road last year when I did glowplugs and harness.

That's what it was for me, as soon as I swapped to a gray CPS from O'reilly, my truck was it's normal self again.

OK did the #8 injector fired up, got past 15 PSI on turbo, now when I stop it will not start and has to wait a bit. I took it up a very slight incline today and started chucking and losing power again, it leveled out and without a load spun up pretty good but still had shutter at 60 mpr. 1212, 1211 and now 1209 codes. This thing is killing me.

The no start hot sounds like a injector o-ring leaking. Did you start it with the valve covers off to check for a leaker?

All 3 codes point to low injector oil pressure. The 1212 indicates low or now pressure cranking. Suspected problems for all 3 codes are:
Low or poor quality oil
Faulty IPR or wiring
Faulty ICP or wiring
Faulty HPOP
Injector o-ring leak
