While towing my camper this weekend my coolant temp was 206-210 and oil was 218-226. I;m still under ford warranty for 10 more days. How do i ford to replace it?
Your limits between the 2 temps are maxed out. Take it to your Ford dealer and have them document it as a customer concern, if those coolers are not replaced it will only get worse.
Mine is in the shop right now, and I can tell you what I did to get them to work on it. Pulling my camper I had coolant temps of 228 and oil of 248. I read these on the Edge Insight. After the trip, I just wrote up a note describing the exact temps. Printed that and asked to speak with the tech at the dealership. He agreed with me and had the SW write it up as overheating while towing.
I haven't got it back yet, but they said they were going to replace the two coolers. Basically they took my word for the temps. Can't say if that will work for you, but like said above, get those temps into the Oasis as a customer complaint. They will probably drive your truck hooked up to a monitor and see the same issues as you did.

I experienced those exact same oil and coolant temps last weekend pulling a 6x16 enclosed trailer loaded with furniture in 90F+ ambient temps.
The next day I started tearing into my engine to replace the oil cooler.
Well the service adviser called me and said they can find no problems, but they want to keep it over night to run one more test. So i guess i just drive it till I'm stuck on the road some wear.
Do you have the most recent firmware in your PCM? If not have them upload the most recent firmware. The 15deg spread should trigger a wrench light after the new firmware is installed.

Agreed. This was going to be my plan B if they had not been ready to work with me. They cannot ignore a CEL. However, the OP appears to be running out of warranty time. Maybe it is a good time to buy the DieselCare warranty to get a couple more years.

Same scenario here. Diff. temps. but spread the same. They are doing the stc upgrade while they are in there.
