According to that, the two universal heater wires are the white wires. So they will go to the grey/yellow and the black Ford wires.
The universal signal wire is the black wire. This will go to the darkgreen/pink Ford wire.
The universal ground wire is grey. Ford uses the exhaust pipe as a ground, so you do not need the grey wire.

but old o2 has 3 wires of diff. colors (((
(white, black, whitw with black strep)
so why ??

Different manufacturers I guess. And since some of them use the housing of the o2 sensor as a ground, they only have 3 wires.
