The plastic hinge is worn or broken, it's a pain in the *** the do the first time as there is a nack to it. There is a cover over the screw holding the rear hinge to the cab, remove the cover and the screw. With the window open about 4 inches,(more than it will normally which is why you remove the screw) using a small pair of needle nose pliers, pinch the black plastic pieces together and gently pull back of the window and hopefully the hinge will let go. The little black plastic pieces are what's broken, I seen a link on here somewhere where you can buy them but they are $24/hinge if I remember right.Once you do the first one this post will make more sense.
