MY FIRST 7.3
I JUST GOT A 2003 7.3L TURBO DIESEL WITH 80000MI. ON IT. MAN THIS THING RUNS GREAT.THERE IS NO BETTER SOUND THAN WHEN THE TURBO KICKS IN.

There's plenty of things to do to the truck. Start with general maintenance, change all the fluids and filters. Check all the IC boots for leaks, even pull them off to inspect them for splits, and then clean them up.
There are a number of tuners to look at, go with Tony Wildman, DP Tuner, PHP, Beans, etc. They all will custom tune to your truck, and give you exactly what you want. Far better than anything you can purchase off the shelf.
