Yes, it works GREAT! Just slap a little on the backing pads (make sure NOT to put it on the contact surface!) and install the pads. I have used it on all my Mustangs and have never had issues with noise. It can be had at any auto parts store for around $5 a bottle... good stuff!

I would of thought that theres constant contact between the back of the pads and the pistons. The way the pads fit in the grooves of the caliper there would be no movement to cause noise on that side of the pads or that's what I thought. I think I learned something new today.
