installing over head console parts...
So I got my new (used) over head console today. I only need a few parts from it, I'll post up what ever is left over and see if anyone needs anything...
I going to swap out the garage remote holder door, and see if the wiring is up there for the trip computer. Any words of wisdom before I start pulling things down?
Also I don't have the rear vented windows but the new console has the buttons . I was thinking about installing the buttons too. Maybe use one for an air horn? and keep one open if I need something else with a push button switch??
I kind of like the idea of having my stock horn plus an air horn.. I mean what if the little old lady doesn't go on a green? air horn her *** and give her a heart attack?
as it stands I added an after mark horn and left my stock in place too... doubled the sound of my stock horn...
I haven't looked at it so I'm not sure if it's going to be a pain in the *** or not... Thought I'd ask and maybe save my self from a melt down and ripping it off the header because of some hidden 2cent screw...

. Other than that it's just held in by a couple of clips at each end. Just pull straight down..
