Just found out my wife reads at church 10:30-11:30-- so either I go by myself at 8:00--- or we go later and get there around lunch--- Due to the fact that it will prolly be hot I wanna go early.
Looks like wifey is making me breakfast (at the Newell's buffet) then Little one and I are headed up there. Do the zoo and car show, then lunch and museum (where there is a/c) at least that is the plan-- Dad will probably be in the feild, but my sister is a good maybe, and my brother is a yes.
We will definitely be there Chad. Help me remember to bring some quarters for the pet food vending machines so the kids can feed the sheep, goats, etc. at the farm animal exhibit. I've failed that task the last two years (so much for my Dad of the Year nomination).
Heard that some test cutting was going on around Salina this afternoon and then saw combines running in a field between Kanopolis and Ellsworth on my way home from work tonight. So Dad will more than likely be harvesting on Father's Day.
We had a great time over all. The boys where very well behaved, and cali enjoyed herself too. Shady was the key word of the day. Even saw some strange new animal in the parking lot-- OH wait that was justin ha haha
